If it were not one of the most delicious flavors to the human palate, it would not have found itself perfectly blended with bubbles in what will undoubtedly become the champagne of buffalo sauces. This Lester’s Fixins original is atomic orange, an unmistakable hue to the chicken wing enthusiast. Unlike most fine wines and spirits that are best accompanied by contrasting flavors, we recommend pairing this salty libation with it’s patriarchal inspiration – the hot wing. For the truly adventurous, we suggest trying our Buffalo Wing Soda Float recipe. It is a simple combination of Buffalo Wing Soda and three liberal scoops of frozen bleu cheese dressing served in a frosted mug – chicken bone appetit!

Close up of Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese
This dish was not only easy to make, it was fun! We all love buffalo chicken tenders and macaroni cheese, so it was a no-brainer to blend them together. This dish is a great tailgate or pot-luck side dish, or a week-night entree for all the single guys out there.
Frank’s Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
Frank’s Red Hot is one of the most popular hot sauces on the market and is cited in numerous buffalo sauce recipes on the internet. It is not, however, a traditional buffalo sauce, which would require additional ingredients. It is similar to Texas Pete and Louisiana Hot Sauces. Nevertheless, it is a hot sauce that can be very tasty in wing sauce recipes. It is thinner in consistency and slightly hotter than the buffalo style Tabasco sauce. On a scale of 1-10, the hat is close to a 3 – provides a slight pinch, but no lasting discomfort. It is available in most grocery stores for purchase.
Buffalo Style Tabasco Hot Sauce
Buffalo Style Tabasco Hot Sauce is a fantastic topper for any food that needs some additional character. We are always fans of making any dish a full-on buffalo style experience, but for the times when you only need a hint of heat and a hint of buffalo style, tabasco has hit it out of the park. On a scale of 1-10, the heat is low – a bit of an initial pinch, but no lingering uncomfortable effects (similar to the heat level found in the green pepper tabasco sauce). The consistency is thin and would not lend itself well for wing sauce. The buffalo flavor is very subtle, but nice. We highly recommend checking out this new and tasty Tabasco sauce. Buffalo Chicken Dip was a huge hit!
BuffaloSaucer.com guys love nothing more than to tailgate – why? Because of beer and dips like this. Buffalo chicken is a no-brainer when it comes to wings and chicken tenders, but putting it in a convenient scoopable form makes our mouths water.
Buffalo hot sauce in a traditional Italian dish such as lasagna? It may sound weird, but it won’t be the first time we go down this path (thank goodness!). The prep is easy and the result is off the chain, paesano!
